Vonayi Nyamazana Recognised for Menopause Advocacy

Vonayi Nyamazana has been named the recipient of the Influential Woman in Business Award in Menopause Advocacy 2026, recognising her commitment to changing the menopause narrative and creating greater awareness around the experiences of Black African women in the diaspora and beyond.

As an Executive Menopause Coach, author, speaker and advocate, Vonayi brings together lived experience, cultural understanding and informed support to help women approach midlife with greater knowledge, confidence and choice.

Her work extends beyond individual coaching through her book, More Than My Menopause, as well as Ketura Woman and The Celebrating Womanhood Movement, which create spaces for women’s experiences to be heard, discussed and better understood.

With a professional background spanning the legal justice system, social care and capacity building, Vonayi continues to use advocacy, strategic thinking and cultural insight to strengthen conversations around menopause and women’s wellbeing.
