Rigsby's Seasonal Foods CIC Named Recipient of Apex of Achievement Award in Food & Drink 2026

Rigsby’s Seasonal Foods CIC has been named the recipient of the Apex of Achievement Award in Food & Drink 2026, recognising its innovative approach to artisan food and drink, sustainability and reducing food waste.

Based in Nottinghamshire and South Devon, the award-winning Community Interest Company creates distinctive food and drink products using a blend of foraged, homegrown and surplus ingredients. Alongside its product range, Rigsby’s operates as a “forage and make events” business, sharing practical knowledge around foraging and creating natural, delicious food and drink.

 

With a mission to disrupt the status quo, Rigsby’s aims to reduce reliance on Ultra Processed Foods (UPFs) while encouraging people to reconnect with natural ingredients, seasonal produce and more sustainable ways of making and enjoying food.
