Amandeep Deol recognised for Excellence in Laser Hair Removal and Skin Care

BareVive Laser & Skin Clinic Ltd celebrates recognition for professional excellence, ethical practice and a client-first approach in Wolverhampton.

Amandeep Deol, founder of BareVive Laser & Skin Clinic Ltd, has been recognised with Influential Woman in Business 2026 – Laser Hair Removal & Skin Care Specialist, Wolverhampton, celebrating a journey built on professional expertise, resilience, integrity and a commitment to helping clients feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.

BareVive began with Amandeep’s ambition to create something of her own, but more importantly, to establish a space where women could feel understood, comfortable and genuinely cared for.

Drawing on her background in science and business, followed by experience within the laser and aesthetics industry, that ambition gradually developed into a clear vision for a clinic centred on trust as much as treatment.

“My journey really began with a dream to create something of my own – particularly a space where women could feel comfortable, understood and confident,” Amandeep explains. “I wanted to create a clinic that wasn’t just about treatments, but about making people feel genuinely looked after and giving them a place they could trust.”

Today, BareVive combines advanced technology with a consultation-led, personalised approach to laser hair removal and skin treatments. Amandeep’s scientific education provides a strong foundation for her work, while industry expertise, passion and firmly held values continue to shape the way the clinic operates.

Central to that approach is transparency. Rather than overpromising results or placing pressure on clients, Amandeep believes in realistic expectations, honest consultations and recommendations based on individual needs. Building the business has also required resilience, with challenges and setbacks becoming opportunities to adapt, learn and continuously improve.

That resilience has been particularly significant while balancing entrepreneurship with life as a mum of two. During difficult periods, Amandeep has remained focused on why she started and on the example she wants to set for her children: that challenges do not have to prevent someone from pursuing something they genuinely believe in. Her approach has been to concentrate on progress rather than setbacks and to continue moving forward, even when building the business has felt difficult or uncertain.

For women hoping to follow a similar path, Amandeep encourages education, research and a strong focus on individual goals. Rather than measuring success against somebody else’s journey, she believes aspiring businesswomen should establish their own milestones, continue learning and build at a pace that is right for them.

The impact on clients remains one of the most rewarding aspects of her work. Amandeep has supported women experiencing concerns including facial hair associated with PCOS, some of whom have spent years covering it with make-up or feeling self-conscious. Watching that confidence change throughout a treatment journey, until a client feels more comfortable going out without trying to hide the concern, is particularly meaningful.

She also values seeing women make time within busy lives to prioritise themselves and their self-care. Beyond visible results, it is the relationships developed along the way and the trust clients place in BareVive that Amandeep considers among the most fulfilling parts of her work.

Building BareVive independently from an initial idea into a physical clinic with advanced technology and a growing, loyal client base is the accomplishment she is most proud of. While awards and professional recognition carry considerable meaning, returning clients, recommendations, positive feedback and continued trust provide an equally important measure of success. For Amandeep, these are signs that the principles she wanted BareVive to represent are increasingly becoming what the clinic is known for.

The journey has not been without moments of doubt. Like many independent founders, Amandeep has experienced periods where the realities and uncertainty of building a business from scratch led her to question whether to continue. What changed her perspective were the individual signs of progress: a returning client, a recommendation, a positive review or someone sharing how much their confidence had changed.

“I have learned that difficult days are part of the journey and do not define the overall direction of the business.”

Receiving the award has also provided an opportunity to recognise progress that can easily be overlooked when attention is constantly directed towards the next goal or challenge. The recognition has strengthened Amandeep’s confidence in what she is building and encouraged her to think more ambitiously about BareVive’s future. It has also reinforced her belief in the importance of remaining committed to personal and professional values, continuing to learn and persevering through difficult periods.

Behind many of those values is the influence of Amandeep’s mother. Growing up, Amandeep watched her build a career characterised by honesty, strong ethics, patience and a constant willingness to learn. Her mother’s resilience taught her to make the most of what she had, remain positive and keep going through adversity. Although Amandeep lost her mother to cancer more than a decade ago, her example continues to influence both the person and businesswoman she is today. In particular, the honesty and transparency Amandeep brings to client consultations reflect principles she learned from her mother.

Looking ahead, the ambition is to continue developing BareVive Laser & Skin Clinic Ltd into a recognised name for high-quality laser hair removal and advanced skin treatments while ensuring the clinic remains inclusive and welcoming to people of all skin tones and backgrounds.

Amandeep also intends to move into education through the development of a BareVive Academy, creating an opportunity to share her knowledge and industry experience while helping to train others entering the profession. Her longer-term ambitions extend beyond commercial growth, with hopes of eventually establishing a charity focused on supporting women.

For Amandeep, the next chapter of BareVive is therefore about more than expanding a successful clinic. It is about using what has already been built as a platform to educate, support and empower others, while maintaining the integrity, personalised care and professional standards that have shaped the business from the beginning.
