Irina’s journey began long before she discovered Cosmoenergy. Driven by a desire to understand and help people, she explored acupuncture, meditation and other holistic approaches before discovering Cosmoenergy and meeting her teacher. She immediately felt she had found the path she had been searching for and, following four years of dedicated study, that personal journey became her life’s work.

Passion, perseverance and a genuine desire to help others have remained central to her success. Irina has continued learning and developing despite challenges, motivated by the positive changes she sees in the people she works with. During difficult periods, she has maintained the belief that challenges carry lessons and can ultimately lead towards something meaningful.

That outlook comes partly from personal experience. Almost 20 years ago, despite her interest in holistic practices, Irina lacked the confidence to believe she had the right to help others professionally and stepped away. The calling never disappeared, and when another opportunity arose years later, she returned with greater confidence and trust in herself.

Today, what Irina loves most is helping people rediscover themselves. Clients may arrive feeling lost or facing difficulties with their wellbeing, relationships or direction in life. For Irina, seeing them recognise their strength, potential and possibilities again is deeply fulfilling. She describes their happiness as her happiness and remains grateful to everyone who trusts her to be part of their transformation.

One of her proudest achievements is developing her own holistic approach through years of study and practice, combining Cosmoenergy, Numerology, Zoroastrian philosophy and other practices. Together, these allow her to consider the whole person, including their energy, personality, life path and inner potential. Personally, she is equally proud of overcoming the fears and doubts that once prevented her from pursuing this work.

Irina does not identify one single mentor. Instead, different people have appeared throughout her life like “lighthouses”, from the person who introduced her to meditation to her teachers of Cosmoenergy, Zoroastrian philosophy and Numerology. One principle has particularly influenced her approach: there are no bad people, only people who have lost their way.

Her approach is also shaped by a deep belief in compassion and personal responsibility. She encourages people to look beyond judgement, recognise the experiences that have influenced them and understand that change remains possible when they are willing to reconnect with themselves.

Winning the Inspirational Woman in Business Award has given Irina further confidence in the direction she has chosen.

Rather than seeing the award as a destination, Irina views it as the beginning of a new chapter. Her next ambitions include growing Cosmoenergy School so more people can learn the method and use it to support themselves and others, while continuing to explore the relationship between ancient knowledge, the subtle energy body and physical and emotional wellbeing.

She also hopes to collaborate with scientific and research professionals to study and document the effects of Cosmoenergy more systematically.
