Meet The Team

Meet the people behind Innervision Media

At Innervision Media, our work is shaped by a dedicated team with experience across publishing, awards, and business promotion. Together, we support recognition programmes, media initiatives, and communications that help businesses share their achievements with confidence.

Mathew Scott

Founder

Matt is the founder of Innervision Global and has more than 20 years’ experience working across business, marketing, publishing and media. He set up Innervision with a straightforward idea: good businesses and good people deserve proper recognition for what they’ve achieved.

Over the years, Matt has worked with businesses of all shapes and sizes, from independent companies and entrepreneurs through to established organisations. That experience has given him a real understanding of how valuable the right recognition can be, particularly when there is a genuine story and achievement behind it.

For Matt, Innervision has never been about simply handing out an award. It’s about finding businesses and individuals doing something worth recognising, acknowledging their work properly and helping them make the most of that recognition.

That’s where Innervision’s publishing and media side comes in. Winning an award is one thing, but being able to tell the story behind it can be just as important. Through editorial features, our magazine, online coverage and wider promotion, Innervision gives recipients the opportunity to share what they’ve achieved and put their business in front of a wider audience.

Matt remains very hands-on with the business and works closely with the team across awards, editorial, design, digital and recipient support. He’s keen that the experience feels personal and straightforward, whether someone is receiving their first business award or has been recognised several times throughout their career.

He’s also constantly looking at where Innervision can go next, from reaching businesses in new industries and countries to developing the publishing and media side of the company.

At the heart of it, Matt wants Innervision Global to be somewhere great work gets noticed. The award recognises the achievement, but the story behind that achievement is what gives it real meaning.

Once nominations are received, this team reviews each shortlisted business or individual against clearly defined benchmarks, drawing on submitted information and reputable sources available in the public domain. This includes reviewing professional presence, industry context, and wider indicators of achievement.
The aim is not to overcomplicate the process, but to ensure recognition is thoughtful, proportionate, and reflective of genuine merit.
